Job Description

We’re Hiring: Senior AV Project Manager – Live Events

Nottingham | £45,000 – £50,000 | Full-Time

Are you a skilled AV Project Manager who thrives on running complex live event productions from start to finish?

I’m recruiting on behalf of a well-established technical production company delivering high-end AV, lighting, and staging services across conferences, launches, awards shows, and brand activations throughout the UK. They’re growing — and looking for a Senior AV Project Manager to join the team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead AV and live event projects from initial brief through to onsite delivery
  • Build and maintain client relationships, understanding technical & creative needs
  • Develop technical specs, quotes, and detailed proposals
  • Coordinate in-house teams and freelance crew
  • Manage scheduling, prep, logistics, and on-site execution
  • Oversee budgets, documentation, and H&S compliance

About You:

  • 5+ years of experience in AV or live event project management
  • Strong working knowledge of AV, lighting, and staging setups
  • Confident using CAD tools (Vectorworks ideal)
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and planning skills
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven
  • Full UK driving licence required
  • Bonus: any relevant technical certifications
