Benefits as a HR Advisor include: Hybrid Working – 1 Day Working from home Annual Bonus Scheme Flexible Start / End Times Retail Discounts (25% Off) The role will be a mix of providing generalist HR advice and guidance to managers and supporting projects. You will have ideally worked within a logistics, manufacturing, retail, FMCG or similarly fast-paced commercial environment. You should be able to demonstrate successful and effective relationships with managers, effectively communicating and influencing managers where necessary.
