Job Description

This is a fabulous opportunity for a fluent MANDARIN speaker who has a background in CREDIT RISK gained in corporate banking. It's an ideal role for someone who has been steadily building up knowledge and expertise in this area and is now looking to take the next step of their career whilst also leveraging language skills. The team you will join is close knit and very high performing and this role is regarded as a key appointment.

Their Chinese business is growing rapidly, and the organisation now needs a fluent Chinese speaker to jong this fast-growth team, but friendly , team \\n Duties :\\n\\nAnalyse : Undertake "deep dive" risk assessments for corporate clients and financial institutions\\nReporting : ensure that credit risk exposure is accurately monitored daily, and reported .\\nStress-test the risks: Constantly measure, re-assess and check the risk exposure of the entire portfolio\\nCheck for when credit limit breaches are reported and recommend actions\\nHelp to structure potential transactions to mitigate risk\\nCompliance: Ensure UK regulatory compliance\\nMake sure that appropriate credit risk management controls, systems, policies and procedures are robust and in place\\nManage credit risk documentation ( eg Credit proposals, ensure tax risk policy is in place)\\nHave full documentary compliance oversight\\nReview/check/Stay ahead :monitor the economic news and market informationREQUIREMENTS\\n\\nDegree\\nAt least 4 years credit risk experience gained in wholesales corporate banking\\nSolid compliance background & knowledge of the UK banking regulatory framework\\nFluent Mandarin and English
