Are you currently working as a Head of Business Development/Business Development Director, looking for an exciting long term challenge with a growing, ambitious business?\\n\\nDo you have a proven track record of developing Business within the regulated sector space, specifically Nuclear, High integrity, Rail, Defence?\\n\\nWe are currently working in partnership with a leading Engineering and construction business, their head office is North West based and they deliver large scale projects nationally.\\n\\nThey currently have a requirement for a Head of Business Development, this is a national role but does require regular attendance in their Manchester Head office.\\n\\nReporting to the Managing Director, this position involves overseeing all business related strategy, including tenders, marketing and long term business growth plans.\\n\\nRole Responsibilities:\\n\\n * Drive sustainable growth, securing new business and enhancing the companies presence across the regulated sector markets.\\n\\n * Oversee and manage the pre construction business, including Business Development managers, Estimators, Marketing and communications.\\n\\n * Develop and maintain current business pipeline as well as developing new business pipelines in line with company growth strategy goals.\\n\\n * Oversee and deliver high quality bid submissions and tenders.\\n\\n * Working closely with the head of marketing, oversee the companies marketing campaigns, promotional material and participation at industry events.\\n\\n * Work closely with the MD/senior leadership team to help align BD strategy to business growth plans.\\n\\n * Deliver compliant tender bids ensuring adherence to industry standards and quality.\\n\\nRole Requirements:\\n\\n * Proven track record in a similar role as Head of Business Development/Business Development Director\\n\\n * Strong industry knowledge within High integrity Sectors (Nuclear, Rail or Defence).\\n\\n * A strong Team leader, capable of overseeing and inspiring a team.\\n\\n * A strategic thinker, someone who understands what it takes to help grow and deliver business.\\n\\n * A good understanding of marketing and communications.\\n\\n * Capable of operating at Senior management level as part of a leadership team.\\n\\n * Either located within the North West or willing to travel here on a regular basis.\\n\\nThis Head of Business Development position offers a generous basic salary, package and bonus/commission scheme, they are looking to a high level performer and prepared to pay well to secure them.\\n\\nFor more information or if you would like to apply, please contact Dean Parry, I am available 7am-7pm Monday to Friday and happy to talk out of hours to suit you.\\n\\nKey words: Head of Business Development Jobs, Business Development Director jobs, Business Development Jobs North West, Nuclear business development
