Our client is within the Travel Sector and this role is based out of their Southampton office. Upon joining and whilst you get to know the business and team you will be required to be on site. Once up to speed you can WFH twice a week.

Description
This is a brand new role reporting directly to the CTO and will be a mix of hands on coding and leading a team of 8 other developers. Depending on your background and desires you will be leading 50%-80% of the time and the rest will be hands on coding.
Day to day alongside coding will include:
- Drive innovation and assist in decisions on the future of technology
- Performance reviews
- Training team members
- Recruitment
- Manage the DevOps strategy – they are very early stages within an AWS migration
- Go to person if the office for technical queries
- Manage project progress
- Develop new systems
Profile
Must haves:
- 8+ years in Industry
- Managed a team of developers
- PHP
- AWS – experience of a migration would be ideal!
