Unleash your potential here, at PWR. </p> <p><b>About the role: </b></p> <p>The Advanced Planning Manager is a key senior leadership role responsible for driving integrated planning and operational excellence across procurement, production planning and production data. Operating within a complex, global manufacturing environment, the Advanced Planning Manager ensures alignment between strategic objectives, production capabilities, supplier networks, and project execution. This role focuses on optimising end-to-end supply chain performance, enhancing production efficiency, and leading cross-functional initiatives to drive continuous improvement. This role is accountable for ensuring production projects are planned in advance, production capacity is planned to allow make-buy decision process and production scheduling achieves agreed manufacture dates. </p> <p>This role will be responsible for leading the following departments:</p> <p>Procurement, Production Planning, Production Data</p> <p><b>What we are looking for: </b></p> <ul><li>Significant experience in supply chain planning, production operations, and procurement within a manufacturing environment, including global exposure.</li> <li>Demonstrated success managing cross-functional teams and leading large-scale, strategic initiatives.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of ERP systems.</li> <li>Project Management experience.</li> <li>Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.</li> <li>Strategic thinking and systems orientation</li> <li>Strong analytical and decision-making skills</li> <li>Cross-functional leadership and influence</li> <li>Effective communication and change management</li> <li>Results-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement</li> <li>Global mindset</li> </ul><p>Please note this position will be based on the Gold Coast, Australia.
