Your Role:
As our Bodyshop Manager, you’ll take the wheel of our new mini-hub, managing a team of up to 10 talented technicians, as well as onsite parts and VDA. Your mission if you choose to accept it? To ensure strong and consistent performance, whilst maintaining superior levels of quality, and safety, all while delivering a seamless experience for our customers.
Your key responsibilities as a Bodyshop Manager will include:
- Driving team productivity and delivering results
- Leading by example to uphold the highest safety standards
- Overseeing day-to-day operations and managing team performance
- Communicating effectively with our Production Director
- Keeping the workshop organised and fully compliant
