Lead Product Designer – £90,000 – £100,000 – London-based or remote

We have partnered with a high-growth Series A Fintech startup, (funding includes YC and other leading investors) and we are looking to hire a very talented Product Designer.

They are impact-focused and are making a real change on real people and their livelihoods. They are now in growth mode and looking for a designer to lead and shape user experience across the product. They are scaling the entire product team, but this role will work on the entire design lifecycle. Everything from strategy, research, design systems, and implementation.

What you will be doing:

  • Own the end-to-end design process – from research and ideation to high-fidelity UI and implementation
  • Develop and maintain a design system and component library for consistency across the platform
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate user needs into intuitive, scalable solutions
  • Conduct research alongside the user research team to validate design decisions

Experience we are looking for:

  • Experience in a high-growth or VC backed start-up
  • Experience designing B2B products
  • Deep experience using Figma and other design tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Collaborating with product engineers, product managers and leadership team

Nice to have:

  • Fintech/payments/emerging markets experience
  • French language skills
  • Willingness to travel internationally to meet customers
