Equipment Asset Administrator
8 Month Fixed Term Contract
JOB SUMMARY / PURPOSE:
The division is planning to deploy up to 10000 new assets across the country which are to be identified, logged and accounted for. The role of the Asset administrator is to support the technical team to create, manage and maintain the new asset database.
Acting as a coordination point between the AIC, Technical team, operational management, suppliers and project management team members to ensure all data is recorded, stored and is correct for newly installed and existing assets.
Experience with creating and working with CAFM / asset management systems, databases and logistical support is critical.
This role will be a hybrid role with home based and office based however regular travel to the division hub in Tewkesbury will be required thus a driving licence is required for this position. Residing within a commutable distance of Tewekbury is preferred.
The position requires the candidate to be flexible around the demands and requirements of the relevant projects which may include occasional evening and weekend working.
A positive and flexible attitude to teamwork and a willingness to learn and get stuck in is critical as the SPRA will need to support the team members and other workstreams as required with tasks and deliverables of the project.
RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Align with project and operations teams
- Tracking the deployment of asset dispatch and installations
- Make changes/updates to the Asset Database
- Ensure the Asset Database is correct & kept up to date
- Working with Management & Operations to ensure the smooth delivery of service.
- Processing and coordination of management information of systems data.
- Ensure assets are handed over to BAU operations in a controlled manner.
- Ensure CAFM systems are kept up to data as required.
- Customer and operational MI and reporting
- Support the technical team with the building and deployment of assets
- Support the operations teams with queries on devices.
