If so, we have the role for you! Express Recruitment are thrilled to be working with a client who are seeking a professional individual to join their team, starting on a temporary basis initially with a strong possibility for a permanent position in the future.
The successful candidate will preferably have previous customer service experience and be confident in communicating via telephone. The role will be Monday β Friday 9:00am β 5:00pm working in the heart of Nottingham City Centre.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Downloading customer details from the old CRM system
- Transferring and archiving details to on site storage system
- Uploading details to the new database with a high degree of accuracy
- Handling incoming telephone calls from customers and clients
- Manage telephone and email correspondence with contractors
- Update bespoke company database accurately
Skills & Experience
- Individuals must be a strong communicator and comfortable to ask questions
- Due to the complex nature of some of the data, individuals should be educated to degree standard
- A strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Previous experience working within a similar environment
- Friendly and welcoming individual
- Great organisational skills, to manage a varied workload
