We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Immigration Consultant to join our client\’s team in Oxfordshire. This role is ideal for individuals with previous Legal Administration or Paralegal experience who are looking to build a career in immigration law. You will receive full training and support to develop expertise in UK immigration processes, assisting clients with visa applications, compliance, and advisory services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and submitting visa applications, sponsorship licenses, and other immigration-related documentation.
- Conduct legal research on immigration laws, policies, and case law.
- Liaise with clients to gather necessary information and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records and case files in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Support senior consultants with case management and client correspondence.
- Monitor application progress and update clients accordingly.
- Stay up to date with changes in UK immigration laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Legal Administration or as a Paralegal (essential).
