Electro-Mechanical Assembly Technician Type: Permanent Position Hours: Monday – Thursday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm (4-day working week) We are currently looking to recruit two Electro-Mechanical Assembly Technicians on a permanent basis to join our growing production team. In this role, you will be involved in the assembly of prototype and low-volume, high-value products. Responsibilities will include a range of hands-on tasks such as soldering, wiring, and crimping. Key Responsibilities: Assembly of electro-mechanical components and systems Soldering, wiring, and crimping to a high standard Working to technical drawings and assembly instructions Supporting the manufacture of both prototype and low-batch production units Key Requirements: Proven experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment Strong electro-mechanical assembly skills Proficient in soldering techniques Basic wiring and crimping abilities A methodical approach with excellent attention to detail This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a skilled team in a forward-thinking company offering a great work-life balance with a 4-day working week.
