Full Time: Casual hours
Working Hours: A mixture of early, late and weekend shifts

Here at Oxford Leisure Trust our goal is to get more people, more active, more often. We provide affordable access to a wide range of sports and leisure facilities to support healthier and happier people across all segments of the local community. To deliver those services takes an enthusiastic and customer focused team – and right now we are looking to recruit for a Party Host to join our centre.
In this role you will provide clean, safe, and supervised facilities and activities for the children of customers to the Leisure Centre, as well to be responsible for the smooth operational running of all types of parties the centre holds and provide party guests with first class levels of customer service at all times.
This is your chance to be involved in keeping children entertained and you will go home each day with a huge sense of satisfaction at the difference you have made.
You will help in facilitating a safe, fun, and professional working environment with free access to the leisure facilities, various discounts and excellent development opportunities.
Serco manages these facilities on a day-to-day basis on behalf of the Trust.
About you
To be considered for this role, you will have experience in dealing with high volumes of children and working in a busy customer-based environment.
You must be enthusiastic, resilient and be able to liaise professionally with parents, customers, and other members of the workforce, as well as being able to think on your feet and effectively communicate at all times and be willing to learn from others.
