We’re looking for an Office Administrative Assistant to support our Executive Assistant and play an important role in managing the recruitment process for both our clients and candidates. This role is a key hire for the business, and we\’re seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced, focused environment. If you’re experinced in providing excellent support, delivering outstanding customer service, paying close attention to detail, and handling multiple tasks with a \”no job too small\” attitude, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
What we’re looking for:

Your responsibilities will include (but aren’t limited to):
- Registering new candidates
- A lot of telephone work
- Updating and improving the database
- Responding to new enquiries and applications
- Composing, editing and positing job adverts on our database, website, and specific job boards
- Handling the candidate registration process
- Sending interview and meeting confirmations
- General reception and office admin duties
- Supporting social media and event planning
- Helping with ad hoc graphic design tasks
- Managing email inboxes and telephone answering
- Creating company documents
- Assisting with the recruitment process
