Role Summary: Provide personalised care to individuals with disabilities, promoting independence and well-being. Tasks include personal care, emotional support, skill development, medication assistance, and light household duties. Training is provided for specialised support. Key Responsibilities: * Personal Care: Assistance with bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility. * Meal Preparation: Support with planning, cooking, and feeding if required. * Medication: Help clients take prescribed medications. * Household Tasks: Cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe environment. * Companionship: Emotional support and engagement in social activities. * Transportation: Accompany clients to appointments and social events (valid driving license and vehicle required).
