The core purpose of the role is concerned with timely and accurate data monitoring and support which is essential to the effective and efficient delivery of services for children and families. Support the evidencing of performance and impact and maximising the use of data to improve outcomes for families. About You We are looking for an experienced administration professional that is able to demonstrate their knowledge and experience. You will have relevant knowledge of administration and data management systems including a range of analytical methods in order to provide analysis of performance and attendance, management information systems and their general functionality within social care or similar function, different evaluation and research methods. The successful candidate will understand the national policy, strategy and developments. You will be able to work in accordance with all Data Protection requirements and GDPR arrangements. Key Responsibilities and Qualifications: Experienced in using a range of databases, particularly those used within social care environments. Confidence in using a variety of statistical techniques and software to provide the most effective data. Experience of contributing to the development of a highly motivated, high achieving and stable workforce with a positive, “can-do”, customer-centred culture. Excellent oral and written communication skills including report writing. Ability to use a number of different databases and to interpret data generated from these and other spreadsheets. A good level of numeracy. Ability to manage expectations and ensure deadlines are adhered to. Ability to plan and manage work under pressure and apply prioritisation across different areas of work. Medium – Advanced Excel user.
