Our dedication is demonstrated by the whole council achievement of the Investors in People Standard and always aiming a little higher in our service delivery and improvements. \\n Croftmalloch is situated within the village of Whitburn and serves the local area. The setting consists of am, pm and full day learners aged between two and five. The ELC provides spacious learning areas and there is a large outdoor, forest and garden area. The setting is open 50 weeks per year, and staff work flexibly on a rota across the opening hours. \\n Croftmalloch ELC are seeking to appoint a highly motivated pupil support worker to join our Nursery team. The successful candidate will work as part of a forward-thinking team, bringing a sound knowledge of child development and will respond to the individual needs of each child, providing high quality interactions and learning and teaching experiences. \\n This position requires registration with the SSSC. The successful candidate will have six months from the date of commencement of this post to become registered with the SSSC. SSSC stipulate you must submit your application within three months of your start date. If you are already registered with SSSC you will be required to add West Lothian Council to your account \\n This post is considered Regulated Work with children and/or protected adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scotland Act 2007.
