They are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced technical architect to join their team in a permanent role, working on a hybrid basis, with up to three days a week in their London office.
Our client is a globally recognised architecture and design firm, specialising on a range of sectors including retail, leisure, residential, hospitality, mixed-use developments, and urban regeneration.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead the technical design and development of architectural projects from start to finish.
-Liaise with teams to ensure designs meet technical goals and requirements.
-Oversee technical documentation, ensuring quality and compliance.
-Provide expert advice on materials, construction, and building systems.
-Coordinate with external consultants and contractors for smooth project delivery.
-Act as the main contact for technical inquiries and problem-solving.
Key Requirements:
-A degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field (RIBA or equivalent qualification is a plus).
-Proven experience as a Technical Architect or in a similar role.
-Strong knowledge of architecture, construction methods, and building systems.
-Experience with BIM and other architectural software tools.
-Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
-Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and compliance requirements.
-Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
