We’re looking for a proactive Process Analyst to analyse data, business processes and drive performance improvements, and secure stakeholder buy-in. You’ll collaborate across teams to deliver streamlined, impactful change that enhances both internal operations and customer experience.

What you’ll be doing
We are seeking a proactive professional to evaluate business processes, identify inefficiencies, and build compelling investment cases for change. You will source, analyse, and interpret complex data, turning insights into clear, actionable recommendations. Collaborating with Subject Matter Experts, you will drive continuous improvement by leading or supporting initiatives such as reengineering, standardisation, automation, outsourcing, and systemisation.
The role requires securing buy-in from senior leaders and external stakeholders, including customers and regulators, to ensure successful change adoption. You will also enhance internal and customer-facing communications to improve engagement and customer experience. You’ll also be overseeing the day to day running of your assigned processes’
