What we offer includes a starting salary of £40,000 (depending on experience), 5% bonus potential, 28 days holiday plus bank holidays, and a leading pension scheme. We support flexible, hybrid working, with a need to be within reach of Exeter, Hove, London, or Sunderland for occasional site visits.

In this role , you’ll work with the Senior People Partner and business leaders to deliver initiatives aligned with our People Strategy. You’ll support the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and development to organisational change. Using data and insights, you’ll identify opportunities to improve performance and people experience, coaching managers and influencing stakeholders along the way.
