What are we looking for?
We are looking for compassionate, committed individual with Seizure’s experience who can be able to care for an individual who diagnosed with neurological issues and a severe seizure disorder, in his earlier years, he had a rewarding career as a child psychiatrist consultant, a role he found deeply fulfilling. Staying active has always been a priority for him-he is a former windsurfer and used to participate regularly in marathons. He enjoys long walks, gym workouts, and remains passionate about jazz music and dancing. He greatly values interaction with his carers and the people around him, always looking forward to these moments.
What HFH offers?

Hourly pay rates range between £14 – 17.93 p/hr*.

Typically, our client base requires ongoing care, 24 hours a day, and benefit from the continuity of a small core team of regular care staff.

Our specialist carers work with one client per shift and do not travel between multiple homes. The average shift is duration 12hrs.

Where possible we will offer you work to meet your availability and as a guide, the average carer works three shifts (36hrs) per week for us and earns £500 – 555 p/wk*.

The regular working patterns that our clients require mean this three day a week work pattern equates to an average annual income of between £26,200 – £28,950*.

We employ all staff directly and manage all aspects of your pay via PAYE, rather than Limited Company or Self-employed status. This removes the need for you employ third party companies or calculate your own tax. PAYE also protects you from breaching IR35 tax regulations.
