The vision for the Pharmacy & Medicines service is to deliver clinically led, person-centred services to ensure patients across Lothian get the best from their medicines and pharmacy services. We are focussed on creating an environment where each person in the team has the opportunity to flourish, develop and make best use of their skills.

We are recruiting highly motivated, enthusiastic and professional undergraduate pharmacy students who are able to work on an ad-hoc, flexible basis to join our pharmacy team. Short and long-term opportunities are available.

You’ll work with our teams to provide high quality care in a number of settings such as hospital, mental health, community hospitals or primary care based within GP practices. You’ll also have the chance to support project work. The diversity of services covered provides an ideal environment for you to consolidate your learning and gain new knowledge and skills.

Candidates must currently be undertaking a Masters of Pharmacy (MPharm) degree programme at a university in the United Kingdom.
