PCA- Personal Care Assistant/ Companion

Join our team and help take care of Elderly and Disabled individuals in the comfort of their own homes! At Guardian Angel Senior Services, you will have the opportunity to work as a Companion or as a Personal Care Provider. No experience necessary; we will train the right candidate with the correct mindset and compassion! Candidates will have flexible, self-determined schedule options based on the clients\’ availability.

Responsibilities

  1. Assisting clients with personal hygiene and getting dressed
  2. Performing general cleaning duties
  3. Assisting with eating
  4. Assist with shopping errands
  5. Medication Reminders
  6. Perform light housekeeping duties
  7. Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the home
  8. Shopping for groceries and household supplies
  9. Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping
  10. Cleaning rooms, halls, and bathrooms
  11. Emptying and replacing trash containers
  12. Plan and prepare meals with assistance from the client
  13. Be a pleasant and supportive companion
  14. Report any unusual incidents
  15. Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergencies
