We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Social Media Manager to join our team. In this role, you will manage and enhance the social media presence of a diverse range of clients, working closely with them to develop and execute strategies that reflect their brand identity and business objectives. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic, fast-growing national agency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage bespoke social media strategies for a variety of clients.
- Create engaging, visually appealing, and on-brand content for multiple social media platforms.
- Monitor, evaluate, and optimise the performance of social media campaigns using analytics.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to inform strategy.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including content, design, and SEO, to ensure cohesive branding.
- Engage with clients to understand their objectives and provide tailored social media solutions.
- Produce regular reports and insights on social media performance for clients.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
- Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Strong ability to create visually compelling content.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and act on social media metrics.
- Creative problem-solver with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Please note this role is remote; however, there is a requirement that you must be residing in the UK.
