Our client is seeking a talented and experienced Landscape Architect to join their design team. You will play a pivotal role in creating bespoke, sustainable garden and outdoor space designs for a variety of clients. You will work on both residential and commercial projects, managing the design process from initial concept through to completion., * Lead the design process for a variety of landscape projects, including garden designs, public spaces, and commercial developments

Create detailed landscape designs, including plant selection, hardscape elements, and sustainability features

Work closely with clients to understand their vision and needs, delivering designs that meet their expectations

Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and material schedules

Conduct site assessments and surveys, considering factors like terrain, climate, and existing structures

Collaborate with the project management and construction teams to ensure designs are executed accurately and efficiently

Stay current with industry trends, materials, and sustainable practices to incorporate innovative solutions into designs

Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring designs are delivered on time and within financial parameters

Oversee the implementation of designs, providing guidance and expertise throughout the construction process

Work closely with external contractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure high-quality results

Proven experience as a Landscape Architect, with a portfolio demonstrating a range of completed projects

Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools

Ability to create detailed technical drawings and concept designs

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, contractors, and the team

Strong project management skills, including budgeting and scheduling

A relevant degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field

Chartered Landscape Architect status (CMLI) is preferred but not essential

Knowledge of UK planning policies, building regulations, and health and safety standards

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Full, clean UK driving licence is essential
