Soho House is looking for an experienced Brand Designer to deliver unparalleled customer and brand experiences for every part of the business. As a Senior Designer, you will be involved in every aspect of the design process, from brainstorming the next great project, to ensuring all of our houses share the same visual standards. You will be expected to utilise your full range of brand, interaction and print design skills, and you will own the experience for a wide area of the Soho House brand portfolio., Working across branding, environmental graphics, presentations, print, digital, packaging, and visual merchandise solutions, no day is the same in this role. Reporting to, and with the support of the Creative Director you will have the opportunity to take lead on your own design briefs, taking projects from concept to completion and managing multiple work streams effectively to meet global deadlines.

Help improve and set the right processes for the Design department

Help to supervise delivery on the design lifecycle from concept to delivery across a project portfolio, ensuring the outcome is of the best design quality

Be enthusiastic about learning design methodologies to help think, organise, and structure the future of Soho House

Be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders, in particular with the creative & communication teams. As well as wider parts of this global team, from procurement and membership to individual house managers and the people team.

Stay up to date with digital and market trends to adapt ways of working and influence design and digital direction

A solid understanding and passion for detailed interaction and information design

Use tools such as Figma and Adobe CC suite

8+ years’ experience as a designer working in a brand environment. Preferably hospitality and/or luxury industries

You have a portfolio of relevant work samples that demonstrates conceptual thinking, typography, branding and art direction with a true mix of digital and printed output

Have excellent design fundamentals

An understanding of creative trends in tech, advertising, fashion, art and design

Managing executive stakeholders and non-design stakeholders

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Ability to work under pressure and complete projects on time

Proficient in Figma and the usual Adobe packages
