- Qualified Actuary with Risk / Capital background
- Strong stakeholder management skills. Ability to collaborate with and challenge actuarial teams working alongside this team
- Asset-backed reinsurance and BMA / GSSA (Group Solvency Self-Assessment) experience would be a plus
