The predicted salary is between 23497 - 24467 £ per year.

  • Co-ordinate the administration of the prescribing services by printing scripts and allocating appropriately to relevant clinician or service doctor.

  • To maintain and assist with the setting up of a general filing system within the projects.

  • To co-ordinate operational requirements of the project base as required, e.g. room bookings etc.

  • To work with Team Leaders managing booking systems for doctor’s appointments and reviews.

  • To provide any administrative support to the doctor as required.

  • Manage all controlled drug stationary including the prescription production and distribution within the service.

  • Ensure all information in relation to prescription generation and database is updated.

  • Act as a Single Point of Contact for Pharmacists.

  • Knowledge and experience of general office procedure and administrative duties

  • IT literacy including proficiency in data collection systems

  • Expertise in working with Word, Excel, and other IT packages

  • Experience of maintaining simple databases and other data management systems

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Excellent organisational skills

  • Sound numerical skills

  • 25 days holiday (+ bank holidays) rising yearly for the first 5 years.
