The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.

The Role:

Audley retirement villages are set in unique locations where our village owners can retire in a peaceful and

lavish setting. Audley villages comprises of owners, who permanently reside on site within their own private

homes and who pay a management fee for the upkeep of their properties and access to services on site. Flete

House accommodates a modest number of Owner/Residents with each apartment having a different

configuration within the building.

Reporting into the Residential Manager, you would be responsible for delivering friendly and efficient customer

service and create a secure, warm and welcoming environment for all our owners and assist with administrative

and operational support throughout the village when required.

You will be responsible for the upkeeping of the communal areas, performing simple repairs and performing

security checks.

Role Purpose:

Our owners’ quality of life and care depend upon the safety and high standard of the facilities we provide, as

well as the facilities within their home. This role is playing a vital role in helping to keep these high standard

facilities for owners, a high standard village environment for all users meeting the business needs and

guidelines.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Prominent level of flexibility and willingness to be on call when on duty as this is a live in role.
  • To have a clear understanding of infection control and what you would need to do in case you were needed to help in an emergency
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility of approach in order to be able to carry out a variety of tasks and adapt to the needs of the village
  • Commitment to providing a high standard of customer care and customer satisfaction.
  • Be an active listener who is able to show understanding of others
  • Ability to use your own initiative and work independently with little to no supervision.
  • Excellent time management and organizations skills.
  • Punctual and reliable.
