Job Description: Business Analyst
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with over 10 years of experience to join our team. The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for a new software platform.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for the development team.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and testers, to ensure the platform meets business requirements.
- Identify gaps in existing processes and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and focus groups to elicit requirements and validate solutions.
- Develop user stories, process flows, wireframes, and mockups to support development efforts.
- Conduct gap analysis between current processes and future-state workflows enabled by the platform.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by defining test cases, coordinating testing efforts, and ensuring defects are resolved.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Certifications: Any Dynamics certification is mandatory; Cloud Certification is preferred.
Primary Skills
- Working knowledge of CRM/contact centre processes; Dynamics 365 knowledge is not necessary.
- Understanding of IT architecture, data models, and business modelling.
