About The Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated GTM (Go-To-Market) Systems Training Manager to join our Sales Effectiveness team. The GTM Systems Training Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive training programs for our go-to-market systems and tools. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for teaching and technology.

Responsibilities

  • Planning, executing, and managing the implementation of training rollout for new systems and the ongoing maintenance of system training for GTM systems such as Salesforce, Gong, Clari, LI Navigator, and Zoom Info.
  • Defining a comprehensive System Training curriculum for each system, detailing modularized learning objectives and essential training assets tailored to specific GTM roles and requirements.
  • Managing vendors to optimize their contribution to delivering training, including live and digital assets for deployment, updates, and onboarding processes.
  • Serving as the primary \’knowledge expert\’ on GTM systems, actively engaging and influencing the workforce to leverage systems correctly through videos, step-by-step instructions, and Spekit solutions.
  • Collaborating with Instructional Designers to create digital learning materials, evaluate training effectiveness, and integrate training into onboarding.
  • Enhancing engagement with training initiatives through communications, live training sessions, briefings, and guidance for senior leaders on driving system usage behaviors.
  • Working with system owners to develop plans for managing system access, onboarding, technical support, system integration, configuration, and updates.
  • Monitoring benefits realization, capturing lessons learned, success metrics, and success stories for continuous improvement.
  • Staying updated on evolving system training methods and technology to innovate training programs.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in designing and executing system training programs, especially in Salesforce.
  • Expertise in sales systems/processes ensuring interoperability with GTM systems and stakeholder project management.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in sales or IT environments.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
