Meridian Business Support are currently looking for Warehouse/Yard Ops to work in a busy, fast-paced environment.
The job itself…
- Unloading of 40ft shipping containers (Full of furniture) and decanting into the warehouse.
- Picking furniture from the warehouse ready to load onto 3.5 tonne vans.
- Loading the vans and securing the furniture in place.
- Picking furniture for Amazon PRIME.
- Picking furniture for DPD.
- Picking furniture for our 3rd Party delivery partner.
- Labelling the furniture and loading onto our delivery partners\’ vans.
- General warehousing duties including defragging and creating space.
- Unloading of returning vehicles from delivery runs.
- Sorting Returns.
- Light repairs to returned stock.
- Readying items for sale on eBay.
- Heavy lifting involved.
Hours:
8am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Occasional half day on Friday depending on workload.
