Courier Service Centre Assistant, London N1 1-3 months, £13.15ph, 40 hours a week Leading Scientific company urgently requires a Courier Service Centre Assistant to provide a high level of customer service to external and internal clients regarding courier related queries. Duties: First point of contact for customer queries and questions around transport and courier related activity. Handling a high volumes of calls daily. Respond appropriately to customers, clients and patients to their service needs and requirements. Handle and resolve complaints and issues as first point of contact resolution and to provide appropriate feedback to seniors. Direct requests and unresolved issues to the appropriate designated resources. Develop customer and client rapports, to maintain and expand the reputation for excellent customer service. Requirements: Proven call centre or customer service experince Experience in handling high volume of calls Exellent command of English Excellent telephone manner Ability to deal with demanding customers in a professional and calm manner Experience within the healthcare sector would be a bonus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent listening and problem solving skills Highly motivated, team player, adaptable This is a temporary role to start immediately.
