Scheduling and facilitating kick off meetings, status meetings, and Work in Progress meetings (Forecast vs. Budget.) including a weekly stand-up, capturing and circulating updates and actions.

Ensuring creative and digital assets (included but not limited to: emails, display ads, social ads, landing pages, microsites, event collateral) are delivered on time, and to specification for activation.

Covering for the other LIONS Division Operations specialist when absent.
