The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.
This key role will implement and operationalise Group ESG strategies, be a thought-leader in sustainability and lead our disclosures, reporting, client relationships and help build our organisation’s sustainability capabilities.
Key responsibilities

Work with leaders across the Group to operationalise, develop initiatives and execute on our sustainability and ESG priorities.

Ensure compliance with international, regional, and national ESG and sustainability regulations and standards, including CSRD and ESRS.

Manage disclosures and reporting to company leadership, investors, regulators, clients, and other stakeholders.

Lead double-materiality and supply chain risk assessments across our operations.

Develop and manage innovative initiatives to help us decarbonise and minimise our environmental impacts.

Create thought-leadership opportunities (speaking, conferences, articles, etc.) as an ESG subject matter expert.

Oversee complex sustainability projects, including emissions target setting, sustainable travel programs, and green IT procurement.

Manage relationships with rating agencies, client leads, and regulators.

Experience managing ESG and Sustainability at a multinational organization or large public sector entity.

Knowledge of CSRD and other ESG regulations. Experience performing double-materiality assessments is an asset.

Experience with sustainability in diverse industries and geographies.

Proficiency in ESG reporting tools, databases, and platforms, with experience managing large volumes of non-financial data.

Strong top-down communications skills and comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders

Exceptional attention to detail, with a sense of curiosity and a bias to action.

Undergraduate or graduate degree in Sustainability, Business, Law, Economics, Environmental Studies, or related fields.

Experience with emissions inventories, SBTi target setting, supply chain due diligence, and Net Zero Cloud is a plus.

Based or willing to relocate to London. Visa sponsorship available.
