  • Experience a flat, merit-driven organisation with people-friendly culture, Purely based on the performance exhibited during the internship period, candidates may be offered a full-time role as Associate, Consulting within GEP. This opportunity is based both on the hiring decisions of the company as well as 360° feedback of the candidate within GEP. What you should bring

  • Penultimate year of an excellent bachelor’s or master’s degree from a reputed university

  • Strong problem-solving skills, quantitative and analytical ability

  • Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas in written and verbal forms

  • Demonstrated leadership skills

  • Strong eagerness to learn and effectively challenge oneself and others

  • Must be business fluent in English – additional fluency in German or French is a must.

  • Ability to collaborate with colleagues in teams of varying background and cultures

  • Flexible to travel if required
