Being part of our bar team is like joining an extended family! Many of our guests are returning customers, allowing you to build friendships as they visit repeatedly. Your role is to ensure they are well-watered in the evenings and during dinner, with drinks never empty and guests always prioritized.
Qualities and skills you’ll have that raise the bar:
- Able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
- Friendly & approachable
- Promote our business through up-selling products at every opportunity
- Responsible for restocking the bar at the end of your shift or as directed by the Bar Manager
- Ensure equipment is left clean after your shift, including floors, as per the Bar Cleaning Schedule or instructions from the Bar Manager
