Your mission
Our Growth team has big responsibilities and ambition. This team navigates the complexity of a fresh consumer business with the added challenge of creating a dense network of customers to ensure our Drivers have the best chance of success and our business can continue to expand our profit margins. It’s not just adding customers, it’s the efficiency in which we do so and the importance of retaining them, driving sustainable growth.
Growth at Modern Milkman has typically been fueled by direct sales channels. A key focus is on driving acquisition through digital channels that give higher LTV and lead to long term sustainable growth, whilst leveraging direct sales to drive density.
You’re the leader of a small team taking responsibility for all growth channels and being accountable for the performance and budget. You’ll report to Katie, our UK General Manager, and be a part of the UK Leadership team. You’ll be working closely to take over the reins from Aidan, our Senior Growth Manager, before he moves over to the US. You’ll be optimising our existing marketing channels alongside testing, iterating and scaling new channels to grow our business. You’ll be hands-on driving this with a small team supporting whilst collaborating with our Product, Brand, Commercial and Operations functions., * Develop and execute data-driven strategies to drive customer acquisition across all digital channels, including paid media, organic growth, influencer partnerships, and referral programs

Oversee all growth channels such as paid social, search, SEO, affiliate marketing, and partnerships, optimizing campaigns to minimise paybacks and maximise LTV acquired

Oversee and support where required our direct sales channels

Lead and manage the team to achieve growth objectives

Work with finance to forecast the budget and set and achieve ambitious targets

Leverage analytics tools to measure and report on performance versus KPIs

Keep up to date with marketing trends and opportunities and bring new ideas to achieve growth

Work with the Brand team to ensure that campaigns are consistent across all marketing channels

Build strong relationships across the business, working alongside teams such as Customer Success and Operations to ensure that we can deliver a great experience to new customers

5+ years’ experience in a growth marketing role, preferably for a D2C or e-commerce brand

Performance marketing expert, with hands on experience with Paid Social & Paid Search

Comfortable leading strategy but thrive in doing the do. This means being comfortable out with a sales teams, setting up and testing new channels and being in the detail

Analytical, experience using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Looker Studio. SQL is a plus

A self-starter, able to take an initiative from ideation to execution to scale through an iterative approach
