Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer
Location: Easily commutable from Brownhill, Walsall, Cannock, Bloxwich, Lichfield, Wolverhampton and surrounding areas.
Salary: £50,000 + Overtime + Excellent Benefits
Job Type: Full Time | Permanent | Rotating 12 Hour Shifts (with very few nights)

Due to continued investment and growth, we are now looking to recruit a skilled and motivated Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our long standing maintenance team.

Your Role – Maintenance Engineer
As a Maintenance Engineer, you will carry out a mix of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a wide range of mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatics. This is an excellent opportunity to work with modern, varied equipment and play a vital role in keeping production running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance across the plant.
  • Diagnosing and resolving mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and basic electrical faults.
  • Working across a diverse range of machinery and production equipment.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement and maintenance efficiency.

You Will Need:

  • Apprentice trained in mechanical engineering or a relevant field.
  • Formal qualifications: NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Strong multi skilled maintenance background.
  • Experience in manufacturing, production or process environments.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with solid fault finding skills.
