Position Summary
We are now recruiting for a part time PA to provide comprehensive and highly confidential secretarial business support to our Global Head of Corporate Affairs & Sustainability for our Waters & Premium Beverages business, ensuring effective diary, travel arrangements and administrative support.
A day in the life…
Providing day to day support , you will be highly organised, have good attention to detail and enjoy working in a fast paced environment.
Duties will include:
- Problem solving and the ability to make decisions with confidence
- Arrange all travel and accommodation requirements and produce relevant itineraries and required information
- Organise team meetings and key function meetings.
- Format team documents and support preparation for team meetings
- Working with a range of internal stakeholders at all levels
What will make you successful?
The successful candidate will be a seasoned PA who is a self-motivated individual, enjoys a challenge and is willing to take ownership of your work. You will also be a logical thinker, highly organised, trustworthy, driven, and comfortable with multi- tasking and dealing with ambiguity
You will also;
- Be able to draw on strong PA / Secretarial experience
- Possess excellent organisation and planning skills with strong attention to detail
- Demonstrate a high degree of confidentiality and discretion with a strong sense of integrity
- Have a customer-centric, proactive approach with resilience and flexibility
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate and build relationships at all levels
- Possess strong upward management skills
- Ability to work with team members virtually
- Have a strong understanding of best practice within an office environment
- Have strong IT skills throughout MS Office Suite and particularly Word and PowerPoint
