Care Assistant Benefits

Excellent pay rates – from £13.80 to £14.90,plus double pay for enhanced bank holiday rates.

Types of hours available – Part time, full time & guaranteed hours

Minimum 1 hour calls – so you have the time needed with client

Welcome bonus – £100 payment will be paid once all initial training is completed

Employee referral bonus programme- £200 bonus paid if you refer and friend or family member and they start

Mileage and travel time -up to 45p per mile

Training – award winning training and ongoing support, with genuine career development opportunities such as access to specialist training / qualifications including City and Guilds Dementia and Parkinson\’s.

Care Assistant Responsibilities

Companionship – ensuring a client enjoys regular and meaningful social interaction is an important part of your visit

Help with everyday tasks such as; meal preparation and light housework

Accompanying to appointments or shopping

Personal care – supporting our clients with the essentials such as bathing, showering, dressing and grooming to keep them healthy and independent

QualificationsNo qualifications are required, we are looking for natural caring qualities and those who want to make a difference to peoples lives!

Additional InformationWe\’re looking for Care Professionals who have access to reliable transportation and full driving license as some of our clients require accompanying to Doctor\’s visits and can live more remotely.

THIS ROLE REQUIRES THAT THE APPLICANT RESIDES IN THE UK AND HAS THE RIGHT TO WORK IN THE UK . We are not sponsoring VISA applications at this time.

Waking Night RoleWe will be offering a \”Waking Night\” role, which is where a client requires prolonged and / or frequent support during the night and the Care Professional is awake and working. A Waking Night shift is a 10 hour shift to start and finish at times agreed.

£132 Per shift

£13.20 Per hour Weekdays / £14.70 Per hourWeekends
