Como Supervisor de Vendas, você será responsável por liderar e orientar nossa equipe de vendas externas. Sua principal missão será garantir o cumprimento das metas estabelecidas, bem como o desenvolvimento individual dos membros de sua equipe. Principais responsabilidades:Liderar, motivar e orientar a equipe de vendas PAP. Estabelecer metas e acompanhar o desempenho da equipe. Identificar oportunidades de negócios e implementar estratégias para aumentar as vendas. Garantir a eficiência operacional da equipe. Realizar treinamentos e capacitações para o desenvolvimento da equipe. Manter um relacionamento próximo com os clientes e identificar suas necessidades. Requisitos:Experiência com supervisão de equipes de vendas, preferencialmente no segmento PAP e Condomínio. Excelentes habilidades de comunicação verbal e escrita.
