Staff Nurse – Join Our Renal Nursing Team!

At Diaverum, we\’re excited to offer an incredible opportunity for nurses (whether you\’re experienced or in training) to join our Gloucester Cotswolds clinic. As a renal nurse, you\’ll specialize in a dynamic dialysis environment while building meaningful patient relationships.
Your Responsibilities:
- Developing and overseeing care plans for renal patients.
- Ensuring clinical activities are meticulously documented.
- Preparing and monitoring dialysis machines and systems.
- Reviewing pre and post-hemodialysis care with patients.
- Collaborating within a multi-disciplinary team.
Requirements:
- NMC Registered General Nurse.
- Familiarity with the NMC code of professional conduct.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a multi-disciplinary team.
- Positive and dynamic approach to delivering safe and effective care.
- Excellent English communication skills.
What We Offer:
- Part time position (34.5 hours per week), with paid breaks.
- Monday to Saturday shifts, with no night or Sunday work.
- Starting Salary of up to £35,067 (pro-rata), based on dialysis experience
- Overtime paid at time and a half after completing full-time hours.
- 35 Days Holiday (inclusive of 8 days bank holiday) increasing with service.
