After School Club Site Lead

We’re looking for a confident and caring Site Lead to manage our After School Clubs at Fairfield Primary School.
If you’re an experienced childcare professional ready to step up, this is your chance to lead a club where children love to learn, play, and thrive.
What You’ll Do:
Lead daily club sessions in a safe, engaging environment
Plan and deliver fun, age-appropriate activities
Supervise staff and manage site operations
Build strong relationships with children, parents, and school staff
Ensure safeguarding and Ofsted standards are met
What You’ll Need:
Level 2 in Childcare, Playwork or similar
Experience with children aged 4–11
Leadership or supervisory experience
Good understanding of safeguarding
Paediatric First Aid (preferred)
Confident communicator
