Role Overview
As our DevRel Lead, you’ll be the bridge between our protocol and the developer community. Your mission will be to build, support, and empower a vibrant ecosystem of developers, guiding them to leverage our L1 technology to its fullest potential. You’ll work closely with our engineering team to create engaging technical content and gather feedback that drives our protocol’s evolution.
Role Overview
As our DevRel Lead, you’ll be the bridge between our protocol and the developer community. Your mission will be to build, support, and empower a vibrant ecosystem of developers, guiding them to leverage our L1 technology to its fullest potential. You’ll work closely with our engineering team to create engaging technical content and gather feedback that drives our protocol’s evolution.
Responsibilities
Technical Documentation: Create clear, comprehensive, and accessible technical documentation to help developers understand and integrate with the pod protocol.
Example Projects & SDKs: Develop and write example projects that showcase the capabilities of pod and serve as tutorials for the developer community. Craft SDKs and toolchains that simplify and improve developer experience.
Content Creation: Produce engaging blogs, tutorials, and social media content to educate, inform, and inspire our community about updates, features, and use cases.
Community & Advocacy: Build and nurture our community through social media, Discord, and other channels. Represent the company at conferences, meetups, and industry events to advocate for our platform and gather feedback.
Requirements
- Proven experience in developer relations, technical evangelism, or community management within Web3 or adjacent fields.
- Familiarity with Web3 concepts and practical experience using blockchain ecosystems, applications, and protocols.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to make complex concepts accessible and engaging.
- Demonstrated content creation experience, whether through written articles, videos, or presentations.
- A passion for empowering developers and creating a community-driven product experience.
- Proficiency with tools like GitHub, Discord, and common developer collaboration platforms.
Nice-to-Have
- Hands-on development experience in blockchain (Web3.js, ethers.js, Solidity, or similar).
- Familiarity with cryptography and distributed systems.
- Experience working in a startup or other high-growth, agile environment.
