Responsibilities
- Manage referral flow and ensure continuous service user pathways
- Support production and analysis of Management Information for reporting and improvement
- Ensure staff are trained, motivated, and supported to high standards
- Set and monitor performance objectives aligned with service requirements
- Oversee staff activity, productivity, and resource allocation
- Conduct quality checks and identify training needs
- Manage own caseload to meet deadlines and KPIs
- Contribute to team planning and continuous improvement
- Handle holidays and absences, prioritising resources
Embed the service within local networks by developing stakeholder relationships and establishing referral pathways. Represent the service at meetings and training.
Ensure high-quality service delivery by reviewing team competency, acting as escalation point, resolving issues, and monitoring performance against contract standards. Support service improvement initiatives and deputise for the Service Manager when needed.
Support team development through supervision, training, recruitment, and fostering a positive culture aligned with company values.
Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
- Supervisory experience managing diverse teams
- Caseload management experience with a Case Management System
- Experience supporting vulnerable individuals through change
- Operational experience managing remote teams
Desirable:
- Experience in behaviour change interventions (e.g., smoking cessation, weight management)
- Membership of professional bodies (ICF, EMCC, etc.)
- Degree in Psychology, Behavioural Science, or related fields
- Experience supporting people remotely/digitally
- Community development, project management, or service development experience
Individual Competencies
