Kitchen Administrator, NN13 Northamptonshire, up to £38k Are you a Chef who is looking to move out of the kitchen but still have a passion for food and hospitality? Our client is looking to recruit a Kitchen Administrator to support the Head Chef and busy kitchen. This site caters for 1000+ daily over a breakfast, lunch and dinner service. What you'll be doing: * supporting the kitchen and ensure all admin is in order including menu/recipe specs * managing compliance and due diligence * ensuring all record keeping is correctly completed and up to date * any additional kitchen related admin required * able to jump in and help in the kitchen or pass when needed Working hours are 5/7, approx. 45 hours per week. Due to location, it is preferable to have own mode of transport as there is extremely limited public transport to the site. What we're looking for: * ideally a Head Chef or Sous Chef who enjoys the paperwork/admin side * a chef background * understanding of kitchen compliance, due diligence and record keeping * methodical approach with attention to detail * strong organizational skills and computer literacy * good communication skills with the ability to liaise with colleagues and customers * flexibility and a good attitude Interested?
