Trade Development Manager – Field Sales

Are you ready to power up your sales career with one of the world’s most iconic energy drink brands?

We’re on the hunt for a Trade Development Manager (TDM) to join a high-impact field sales team representing Monster Energy and a strategic distribution partner across the Harrogate, York and North East Leeds area.

You’ll be on the front line, securing new retail business, driving promotional activity and bringing the brand to life in-store with energy, precision, and passion.

The Role

Reporting to the Regional Field Manager, you will:

  • Acquire new independent convenience retail stockists in your territory
  • Build relationships that deliver strong volume, visibility and brand execution
  • Distribute and maintain POS and merchandising to ensure standout store presence
  • Support distributor partners with promotion execution and coaching
  • Deliver direct market and promotional activation
  • Complete accurate, timely reporting and activity tracking
  • Work independently in the field while collaborating closely with internal teams and distributor staff

What We\’re Looking For

  • Either previous field sales experience or a high energy individual looking to break into sales!
  • A proactive self-starter with a hunter mentality
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Comfortable with data entry and reporting via MS Office tools
  • Must hold a valid driving licence
