Join our team at M&S as a Customer Assistant in Operations

You\’ll play a vital role in keeping our store running smoothly behind the scenes. We\’re looking for hardworking individuals who take pride in ensuring our products are delivered, organised, and ready for our colleagues and customers.

Your responsibilities include accepting deliveries, unpacking goods, and preparing crates to ensure our shop floor is always fully stocked. Your efficiency and agility will help create a seamless shopping experience by keeping products available for our customers at all times.

Being digitally confident is essential. You\’ll use our in-store systems and tools to track deliveries, manage stock, and ensure our products are exactly where they need to be.

Being a team player is crucial. You\’ll work closely with colleagues from across the store to ensure smooth operations, supporting your team and fostering an inclusive environment.

Flexibility is also vital. You should be confident working across various operational tasks and be ready to adapt to the changing needs of the store.

Join our Food section as a Customer Assistant

Become a champion of our high-quality products, great value offers, and excellent customer service. We\’re seeking passionate individuals who take pride in their knowledge of M&S Food products and are excited to share it with our customers.

You will be a brand ambassador, recommending our newest Food products and ensuring customers feel valued every time they shop with us.

Key qualities include being digitally confident, a team player, and flexible to work across various store areas, adapting to the demands of retail seamlessly.

To deliver a great shopping experience, putting customers before tasks and promoting our products. As the face of the business, you will help us continually improve by understanding and advocating for our customers.
