Overview
Allen Motor Group are hiring a Business Development Executive for our Parts Plus Centre in Northampton. The role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers while achieving allocated sales targets. This is a full-time permanent position, Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17:30.
The package includes a basic salary of £30,750 with an OTE of £33,750, reporting to the Centre Manager.

Skills and Qualifications
No prior experience required. We welcome applications from people starting their career in sales. The key attributes and skills we look for include:
- Previous selling and influencing skills (preferred but not required)
- Ability to follow procedures, policies and instructions
- A passion for delivering first-class customer service
- Excellent communication skills
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets with customers in a defined territory
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with all customers, delivering high-quality customer service
- Record every customer visit in the Microcat CRM
- Maintain knowledge of products and monitor competitor activity
